Diversity is a fact. Inclusion is an act

1

Engagement Surveys every 6 months

Our ‘Your Say’ survey provides all employees with an opportunity to give anonymous feedback to the business bi-annually. Since forming our focused DEI workstreams, we’ve seen all questions in this area receiving a positive increase.

2

Internal Culture Inclusion Calender

We recognise that there are many celebrated months, days and events throughout the year that are important to our employees. To increase awareness of these across the business, we’ve created a cultural calendar that is published for everyone to access.

3

DEI Champions

We have a number of DEI Champions across the Group who have volunteered as ambassadors for the work we are doing and are an extension to the DE&I workstreams, acting as our eyes and ears, providing us with feedback, ideas and contributions to events, content and objectives from across our different teams.

4

Internal Events

As individual business areas, we often celebrate important cultural, religious and personal events as a team. This includes Mental Health First Aid Training, Menopause awareness and webinars for employees and managers.

5

Cultural Leadership Values

Our values consist of Collaboration, Respect, Integrity and Accountability, and are embedded in the KPI’s we set. To complement these, we’ve also gone a step further and adopted Cultural Leadership Values for our Senior Leaders to ensure there is clear alignment when it come to ethical practice and approach.

CEO Round Tables

Giving our diverse portfolio of businesses, a voice and direct access to the CEO through our employee forum is an important part of our inclusive culture. It provides representatives with an opportunity to hear the latest business updates, ask questions and share ideas on behalf of our teams.
