The Role …
Join us as Head of Sales and you’ll lead and motivate a team of 3 business development and account managers to deliver sales targets initially into the domestic market with a view to exploring into international markets.
You’ll manage key clients to minimise risk and improve retention as well as liaising with other parts of PA Media group to leverage new opportunities.
You’ll be an inspiring leader who can share the strategy to motivate and coach the team to develop the sales process and hit individual revenue targets.
What you’ll need …
You be a motivational leader, able to achieve results through others within the sales team and more widely across the PA Media Group.
As part of the senior leadership team and a partner to the Managing Director you’ll need strong commercial acumen to develop strategy and to identify and expand into new sectors in domestic and international markets.
Experience of marketing and social media strategy would be extremely beneficial.
