HR Business Partner

The HR team at PA Media Group are committed to HR excellence and developing and delivering modern and progressive people plans for our Group.

Join us and you’ll partner a commercially focused business area which operates 24/7 365 days a year and has around 300 people. As HR Business Partner you’ll work closely with a range of stakeholders from junior managers through to senior leaders. You’ll be encouraged to form positive relationships, build trust and be confident in challenging stakeholders to always achieve the best outcome for the business.

You’ll support PA Media’s commitment to grow and develop our employees through identifying learning and development opportunities and will champion our range of training programmes.

You’ll use your experience to provide expert employee relations guidance around ER issues to bring them to a timely resolution and ensure they are aligned with our values of Collaboration, Accountability, Integrity and Respect.

What you’ll need …

To be successful in this role you will be curious, keen to implement change, have the courage to challenge and a high degree of integrity.

You will have experience working in a fast-paced environment as a HR Advisor / HR Business Partner and strong employee relations experience.

You’ll need to be CIPD qualified, have a focus on continuous professional development and be keen to stay up to date with current thinking and HR best practice.
