Steve Jones has been appointed Social Media Editor at the Press Association (PA), the UK’s leading multimedia news agency. He takes up his new role on March 10th. An experienced social media and web editor, Steve joins the PA from ITV News online and has also held senior editorial roles at MSN UK.
The UK-based digital music discovery platform SBTV is marking its 10th anniversary with the launch of a news channel, SBTV News, in partnership with multimedia news agency, The Press Association (PA). SBTV News will be powered by PA’s Snappa service
Press Association reporter Andrew Baldock has been named the British Equestrian Federation Outstanding Journalist of the Year 2015. Baldock, who has worked at PA since 1996 and is also the national news agency’s rugby union correspondent, has been covering the sport since 2008.
