Join us as a PA / Office Manager and you’ll be critical in coordinating the schedules of the Executive team in this international business. Working in collaboration with PA Media Group (StreamAMGs parent company) you will coordinate board meetings as well as social events and help to ensure the smooth day to day running of the Manchester Office.
You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with the recruitment and onboarding of new starters in this growing business including creating contracts and obtaining references.
You’ll work closely with teams in the London and Malta offices attending regular meetings and being the first point of contact for the Manchester operation.

What you’ll need:
To be successful you’ll need to be well organised, self-motivated and have outstanding communication skills. You’ll be liaising with senior executives within StreamAMG and PA Media Group and will need a keen eye for detail and outstanding communication skills.
You’ll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will be confident using MS packages.
It is also likely that you will have previous experience in a similar role.
