Video Production Manager

We have an exciting new opportunity for an organised Video Production Manager to join the UK’s leading news agency PA Media, which fulfils bespoke video and photography assignments for brands, marketing, public relations and social media clients.

Working closely alongside highly experienced, editorially focussed and brilliantly creative in-house producers and camera operators, you will play a pivotal role in the success of bespoke video production processes and budgets.

You’ll communicate and maintain great relationships with agencies, brands and freelance crew, aassisting the team and providing day-to-day trouble-shooting guidance at all stages of a shoot.

Oversight of all elements of the production cycle from pre-production planning to content delivery and client relationship management will ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality, on time and on budget.

What you’ll need …

To succeed you’ll naturally be highly organized and have excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to motivate a team.

You’ll need to have a calm but assertive approach to challenges and will be proactive and able to anticipate client issues.
