Tal Gottesman appointed Director of Editorial Operations at PA Media

PA Media, the UK and Ireland’s national news agency, has announced Tal Gottesman as its new Director of Editorial Operations. 

Reporting to the editor-in-chief, Tal will play a central role in overseeing the running of PA’s newsroom; from driving editorial standards and the management of operational resources, to developing new video-first working practices and embedding PA’s collaborative, data-informed and customer-centric culture across teams. The role also covers legal and regulatory responsibilities across all content production and publication. 

Tal Gottesman brings a wealth of newsroom management to PA, having served as The i’s Managing Editor for nearly five years during a significant period of growth. She was previously Deputy Managing Editor at MailOnline as part of its digital expansion and Assistant Managing Editor at the Telegraph. 

Tal Gottesman says:
